Hi, my name is Ben Davenward I am a graduate teaching assistant and postgraduate student studying part-time at Keele University, I previously worked for a multidisciplinary survey company as a near surface geophysicist.

My PhD project aims to use the various skills I have developed during my time at LandScope Engineering, along with new skills I am developing to detect and quantify buried ice within glacial environments, with a specific focus on the land systems context.

I am a highly innovative individual with a particular interest in combing sensors with survey quality positioning equipment, 3D data display and combining large datasets from a range of sources, and can often be found tinkering with both hardware and software.

I am also involved in other projects and collaborations outside of my PhD project, details of these can also be found on this site.
